In 2014, I took responsibility to oversee one of our mission stations in another state, as the Lead Minister. I had to go Fridays and return Sundays at least 3 times a month flying over 3 hours each way. The church offered to pay for flights and hotels, which cost about $2000 a month but I declined and decided to personally take up the expenses based on Matt. 6:33, which I have heard from my father the Bishop several times. In 3 months, to the glory of God, the attendance of the station jumped from about 49 to 82. I continued to lead the station for 1 year and traveled to coordinate the Wonder Double Phase I every weekend. The attendance of the church jumped to 184 within one year; then my heaven opened! I received a call for a job I turned down a year earlier asking if I was willing to reconsider the offer, which has now appreciated in value by over 100%. It was like a dream. In the month of April, all documentations were completed and visa issued. As if that was not enough, the same week I was to resign, my company announced a voluntary separation package due to the downturn in the oil industry and by investing my resources in the kingdom, I collected all my 4 quantum leaps in one sweep. While others are presently losing their jobs in the oil industry, I got paid over 200 million naira to voluntarily leave and resume my breakthrough job the following week in the same industry. When men say there is a casting down, those who obey Matt. 6:33 would say there are quantum leaps. Papa, thank you for accepting and pursuing the liberation mandate. To God alone be all the glory!
