Genesis 47:6. The land of Egypt is before thee; in the best of the land make thy father and brethren to dwell; in the land of Goshen let them dwell: and if thou knowest any men of activity among them, then make them rulers over my cattle.
Among others,leadership role is that of coordinating human resources.
1 Peter 2:17. Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king. The value you place on people defines the limit of value you get from them.

When you devalue people, you devalue their output.
