What is management?
Management is the judicious and timely use of the resources of another person with the aim of adding value to the owner.

Trading is using what is available to get whats not available.

What does management involve? The 5 Core areas of Management.
1. Planning
2. Organizing
3. Motivation
4. Leading
5. Controlling

God does not give money to worshipers. He only gives money to managers.

Your financial destination is at the mercy of your financial decisions. We don’t have a money problem but a problem of mismanagement. The world was created without financial capital. God does not give people money but he gives you revelations and these revelations will being money. There is something you have that people need and the exchange is what brings about prosperity.
What you are despising is whats making people poor.

Luke 15: 13 -15 : The prodigal son mismanaged his assets and was employed by an Unbeliever to manage his fields.

In Genesis 1:28: Adam was ordained to manage the earth but was tested in Genesis 2:18, he started the journey managing the garden.

Money is attracted to good managers. Proverb 23:4-5, Do not wear yourself out to get rich; do not trust your own cleverness. Cast but a glance at riches, and they are gone, for they will surely sprout wings and fly off to the sky like an eagle.

Your financial destiny is tied to your managing abilities.

Some Points to Note:
1. God always protects his resources from bad management. Luke 16:1-2 is an example.
2. God will never allow growth where there is no good management. God withholds increase when there is poor management.
3. God does not answer the prayer of bad managers.
4. Managements demands wisdom and handwork. Matthew 25:15.
