Focus: Positioning for open doors (Revelation 3:7-9)

Open doors are divine opportunities that makes for promotions and breakthrough in life. Its wisdom to take advantages of open doors

2 things paved way for David to take the throne

  1. His heart was purified.
  2. Commitment to kingdom service. (1 Samuel 16:11)

3 Main reasons why believers experience closed doors.

  1. Iniquities. (Luke 13:12)
  2. Ignorance (Rev. 5:4, Luke 11:52)
  3. Satanic Adversaries.

4 LITTLE CREATURES TO LEARN COVENANT HABITS (PROVERB 30:24)

  1. The Ants. They are strong but they store their food in the summer. They can lift objects 20 times their weights. They have 2 stomachs: one for themselves and one for others.
    1. We need to learn the wisdom of preparation. (Proverb 6:6) The ants set goals and they plan towards it.
    2. We must be disciplined and self-motivated. (Proverbs 6:6-8). (Proverbs 30:24-25). The ants are the only animals in the animal kingdom that build cities, skyscrapers. They are organised. The ant does not have guide, ruler or overseer yet they have results. In their colonies. There are three major classes. The Queen, The soldiers and the workers. Until you can govern yourself, there are doors God will not open unto you.
    3. The Ants are selfless. Be selfless. The ants are hardworking and selfless by nature. God expects you to serve as an ant. (SERVANT) What is so special about the ant. Saul did not last on the throne because he was anointed as a captain (Boss). (psalm 89:20). (1 Sam 8:22). (1 Sam 8:10-16). (John 1:43-46).
    4. Be persistent. Winners don’t quit and quitters never win. The ant has one motto. (BRING IT IN). Those that give up don’t go up. God promised you good success and not Cheap success. It is not easy to succeed. When you’re persistent. You’ll be creative.
  2. The Conies (Rock Badgers). They are not strong yet they live in rocks. They are 20inches long. They are called mountain mice. (Psalm 104:18).
    1. The conies teach us the habit of proper positioning. They live In rocks to prevent them from unfavourable weather conditions and they have many predators. (Psalm 91 1-3). Be like the conies. Men of prayer are strong men. Jesus never begged for anything but made demands. Being like the conies. Make Gods house your refuge. (Mark1 :3-37). Trust in God and stop putting your trust in men. (Revelations 3:8).
    2. Take advantage of your strength. The conies are weak animals but they have one strength. They have special feet. Their legs are able to dig holes inside rocks to make their houses. To succeed in life, Take advantage of your strength. Only fools market their weakness. Market your strength. Create your business around your hobbies. (Proverbs 18:16). (2 Kings 4:1-7).

3. The Locust (Proverbs 30:27). Keep right company. Locusts always move together in one direction. Follow people that are going your direction in life. Be selective. You can never rise in life more than the company you keep. (proverbs 13:20). To love is a commandment. To friend is a choice. (Matthew 4:18-19). The locust go about in banks. They teach us the wisdom of teamwork. You are not designed to succeed alone. You need others. Teamwork increases impact. (Luke 10:1). (1 Kings 12:3-8).

4. The Spider. (Proverbs 30:8). Be creative. Spiders are very creative. Because they can neither fly nor run. They create their webs and hide to catch their prey. They don’t fight. They don’t struggle to eat. SMART WORK IS SUPERIOR TOHARD WORK. (Proverbs 22:29). Be humble. You find spiders in palaces and the poorest of the poor. They don’t discriminate. If you want God to lift you, embrace humility. If you’re not humble you will stumble.

We make a living by what we get but we make life by what we give. Everything about success have to do with contribution. Big doors are opened by small keys. If you don’t adjust, you can never advance. Door are opening every day. (Acts 20:32). Until God build you for certain open doors, he can’t give it to you. What you are not built for, God will not give to you.
Men of Success are men of successful habits. When your habit changes, your habitat will change. God habits can be formed, Bad habits can be uprooted.
The ultimate future you need to prepare towards as a Christian is eternity. (Amos 4:2).

Men of success are men of discipline. (Hebrews 12:2). (Philippians 3:13-14).

Open door answers to selfless winners. (John 15:16).
WINNING SOUL IS THE EASIEST WAY TO ACCESS HIS WEALTH. God expects you and I to show love and help one another. (Galatians 6:2/9-10).
