Beginning Statements:

1. Every revival in human history climaxes in It may start with labour but it ends with favour, it may start with input but it ends with output. Isaiah 44:3

• The resultant effect of revival is blessedness. Isaiah 61:9
• The cure to every curse is a revival; likewise, the cure to hardship is a revival.

2. The outpouring of the spirit precedes the reception of the blessing. Blessings are coming from the spirit so the outpouring of the spirit precedes the blessing. Ephesians 1:3, Joel 3:18-21
3. Everywhere you witness revival, you will experience blessedness. Joel 2:12-14
4. You cannot witness a revival and remain the same, you must come out with something. Isaiah 65:23
5. Anywhere God arises, things must change. Zechariah 2:4

What is a revival?

A revival is a celebration of divine visitation among God’s people. It is the celebration that comes as a result of visitation. Genesis 50:24.

• If God visits you, good will arrive in your location. Exodus 3:7-10
• God’s visit is a surety for a revival. Isaiah 35:4
• God’s coming is for man’s blessing. Zechariah 8:13
• Nothing defines revival like divine arrival. Lazarus was dead for 4 days, but God still brought him back to live. John 11:11-17, 32-34, 43-44
• Nothing remains dead in a revival. Revival simply means God’s arrival
• When God arrives, men survive and then they advance. Habakkuk 3:2-3
• The arrival of God generates major celebration in man. If praise is not there, then God is not around. The acid test to know that God is around is praise. 1 Samuel 4:5
• Singing and celebrations are major events of revival. Luke 8:40

How do we receive Jesus? Through praises and thanksgiving. Psalm 68:25, Jeremiah 31:11-14,17

• Rejoicing is the passion of your revived life, no matter the issue. Habakkuk3:2,17.
• You can activate or deactivate a revival. By revival your life is transformed, no matter what you are going through, you would know how to work it. Habakkuk 3:18-19, Job 8:20-21
• Don’t be threatened by circumstances, change the circumstance. Job 5:20-22.
• Don’t allow the devil to belittle you and make it look like God is not good. Psalm 45:15, Nehemiah 2:2, Psalm 119:111

What are the indicators of a revival?

• When every home becomes a church. Can your home host God if your heart does not agree? Acts 2:46
• What killed any area of your life is what you have kept in your life. Proverbs 11:24-26, Ecclesiastes 5:13

What is the benefit of a revival?

Every revival is ordained to advance the church of Christ. Acts 2:2, 37-41, Acts 5:13-14, Acts 6:7, Isaiah 2:1-3, Psalm 78:69, Exodus 33:14

What is all round rest?

1. All round rest is restfulness even in troubles and storms. Psalm 23:4, Mark 4:38-41
2. Your enemies become afraid of you and your presence. 1 Chronicles 22:18, Deut 2:24

To enjoy all round rest:

1. You must be born again, John 16:33
2. Stay in love with Christ. Romans 8:28
3. Engender the covenant to serve God. 2 Chronicles 15:12-15

If you carry the overcomer inside you, no matter the situation, you will encounter peace.
