INTRODUCTION:

Gen. 17;1-5, Rom 4:17-20.

Praise is the inducer of prophecy. If you want prophecy to be fulfilled in your life, Praise God. When you praise, prophecy gets fulfilled.

What are Prophesies?

  1. Prophecies are the unfolding of divine plans & purposes for a Nation, a people or an individual (Josh. 21:45, Ez 12:25, Is. 55:11). Every good thing said concerning you this year shall come to pass in Jesus Name. Any negative word said against you backfires and strikes the sender by fire in Jesus Name.
  2. Prophecy is the foretelling & predictions of what is to come
  3. Prophecy is divinely-inspired prediction as declared by God’s prophet (Amos 3:7).

Sources of Prophesies

  1. From the Scriptures – More-sure words of prophesy. The Bible is a Book of Prophecies concerning you – 2Peter 1:19-20.
  2. From Prophets sent our way – These are declarations made by Servants of God set over us (Lk. 4:25-27). Anytime God sends a prophet your way, there is a need that God wants to meet. They carry the solution to what you are looking for. Do not despise prophetic words. Do not question prophecies – you do not know how God will bring it to pass – just believe God. A prophet speaks according to what the Lords says. Those who despise prophesies may end up not being partakers of it (2Kings 7:1-2, 17-20). You will see the blessings of the Lord and be a partaker in Jesus Name. In Luke 1:18-20, Zacharias despised prophecy and he went dumb until the prophecy was fulfilled. Anytime prophecies come to you, always say “Be it unto me according to your Words” (Luke 1:31). If you do not believe, there is no performance. Until prophecies are received, they would never get fulfilled. Prophesy to yourself and see them get fulfilled. Whenever things are not moving the way you want them to move, prophesy (Ezekiel 37:1-14)

Prophecies are fulfilled through Praise (Gen. 17:4-8; 18:9-14). The prophecies were fulfilled because he was giving glory to God (Rom. 4:20).

When a prophecy goes forth and you believe it, be patient for it to come to pass. Do not use your mouth to cancel the fulfillment of prophecy. Give God time like Abraham did – he was patient, giving Glory to God for 25 years. If you catch a prophesy in the scriptures, believe it and wait for it. Give God time, BE PATIENT!

Praise is a barrier-crusher! 2Chron. 20:22. Joshua 6:20 – the people shouted – that is Praise! This month, you will take whatever belongs to you!
